Simon on the Streets is a charity operating in Leeds and Bradford, West Yorkshire, offering emotional and practical support on an individual basis with no time limitations to those at risk of homelessness. All our services are delivered on an outreach basis directly on the streets, ensuring that we are supporting those individuals who are homeless and may not be engaging with other services.
