Simon on the Streets is a charity operating in Yorkshire, in the Leeds, Bradford and Huddersfield areas. They joined NACCOM in 2019 as an Associate Member. Simon on the Streets is an independent charity that offers support to Leeds’ homeless community, primarily entrenched rough sleepers, on an outreach basis. They do this through emotional and practical support on an individual basis with no time limitations.
