Destitution Project Bolton has been operating at a Drop-In for asylum seekers and refugees at the Victoria Hall since 2001. The service was originally part of Befriending Refugees and Asylum Seekers (BRASS) but became a separate charity in 2015.
The Casework team at the Destitution Project provide casework support for asylum seekers and refused asylum seekers who live in Bolton. Casework operates Monday to Fridays remotely – 9am till 1pm, except for Wednesdays – face to face at the drop-in: 10am till 3pm.
