NACCOM is recruiting a Network Development Worker to help us grow our network.

NACCOM is a network of over 100 member organisations across the UK all committed to the same aim of reducing destitution amongst refugees, people who have claimed asylum and migrants with no recourse to public funds.

We are a small team of six dedicated staff working in different locations across the UK, supporting our members to increase the number of people they can accommodate, collating evidence and advocating for change to the policies which make people destitute. Our valuable work was recognised through being one of the recipients of the Guardian and Observer Winter Appeal in 2017.

We are recruiting for a second full time Network Development Worker to support our members to become more sustainable and increase the number of people they can accommodate. This is an exciting and incredibly rewarding role in a growing organisation. You will get to meet regularly with our diverse members, many of which are grass roots organisations. You will encourage networking through regular regional hub meetings and the creation of new partnerships and projects as well as ensuring members have access to up to date information and resources to help them establish and/or run accommodation projects.

We would particularly welcome applications from candidates with practical experience of a hosting project.
