November 2024 – December 2024

For all: 28 days from Discontinuation Letter

  • Discontinuation letter usually received around 2 weeks after decision, so total move-on period of around 42 days

December 2024 – September 2025 (Move On Pilot)

For all: 56 days from date of Decision Letter; Discontinuation Letter provides at least 28 days notice that support will end.

September 2025 – March 2026 (partial continuation of Pilot)

For single people: Calculated 28 days from date of the Discontinuation Letter
